I'm an Emergency Medicine Nurse with 15 years across three continents. I still work part-time. I know what it means to run on empty, push through exhaustion, and ignore your body until it forces you to stop. During the pandemic, I burned out completely. A retreat in Sri Lanka taught me to listen—to my breath, my body, the silence I'd been avoiding.
I don't run these retreats alone. I work with experts—women who've mastered nervous system regulation, functional nutrition, movement therapy, permaculture. Every retreat promises three things: you'll understand your nervous system, you'll learn tools you'll actually use, and you'll leave different. Not just rested. Different.
