Casa Koya sleeps 10 without anyone feeling cramped. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms for those who want their own space. Friend groups have room to cook together and retreat separately when needed. Retreat hosts can gather everyone or let people decompress alone.
The property is completely private—no shared walls. No one is overlooking. Kids can run barefoot, dig in the dirt, climb trees—the things they can't do in cramped city apartments. Adults get the silence of nature: birds instead of traffic, wind in the olive trees instead of neighbors through walls. When the Alentejo heat kicks in, every bedroom has air conditioning.
You're far enough from everything to actually decompress, close enough to beaches (1 hour) and local restaurants when you want them.
Past guests say it looks even better in person than in the photos. Right now, we're mid-construction—bringing more nature and color inside the house. It's only getting better.

Five bedrooms, ten real beds. Three rooms have private bathrooms. Two share common bathrooms. All beds are brand-new with quality linens. Air conditioning in every room. Large windows, minimalist Portuguese aesthetic, some with private terraces.
